  • How long does shipping take.
    Shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days NOT including weekends & orders aren’t sent out on Holidays or on weekends. (7-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times meaning if you placed an order on a SALE) if this is an issue, please DO NOT ORDER. Once order is shipped that’s when you will receive tracking number. if you didn’t receive tracking that means order has not shipped, please check spam folder and/or search inbox (We are taking extra precautions with Covid) Orders do not ship until they are fully processed. "PLEASE" take order processing time into consideration.

  • Was my order received?
    Once you place an order on you will receive a confirmation email with an Order # stating your order has been received. If not, the email you entered may have been entered wrong at checkout and unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about a wrong email. If you want to confirm your order, you can do so by your bank records.
  • Can I add to my order?
    Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to Add to an order once you have checkout and paid. You will need to replace a new order
  • My order says delivered but it is not here, why?
    If This situation ever occurs contact the shipping company with your tracking information, CANDii-O Beauty prides in packaging your orders with lots of love and care, we always make sure that your order is packed well and in great condition before we drop it off for shipping, however after we drop packages off, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
  • What is your order cancellation policy?
    ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS OF ORDERS BEING PLACED, please contact us at if you’d like to cancel your order prior to 24hrs of your order being placed.
  • My Body Butter has melted, is it still useable? What do I do?
    Yes! Our Body Butter is still reusable after melting. Although it won’t have the same color/whip pattern, you can still refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes then microwave for 5-10 seconds & take a spoon or fork and mix it up until it softens
  • I received the wrong order or missing item what do I do
    Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your label on your package is your proof of purchase and it must be presented in a pic for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing, Wrong and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the label on package, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for Shipping fees are non-refundable
